Unfortunately, product exchange is not possible. However, you can return unwanted items following the instructions on the packaging slip. Then, you can reorder the desired items through our online store. If the entire order is returned, the shipping costs will also be refunded.
If you have been charged for the product, you will receive a full refund for the order, excluding the delivery cost. If you return part of the order, only the amount for those items will be refunded, excluding the delivery cost.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to check the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care, and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
We will then refund the appropriate amount for the order within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has been returned in good condition.
